Sitting in the heart of the vibrant community of Fulwell, 1.5 miles north of Sunderland city centre with nearby amenities including Roker Park, beaches at Roker (0.6 miles away) and Seaburn, supermarkets, coffee shops, pubs and restaurants within walking distance.
Nearby Fulwell Road is on a bus route into the city centre with the number 23 bus running every 10 minutes during the day and twice an hour after 7pm. We are 0.8 miles from Stadium of Light Metro station. The Metro runs into between Sunderland and Newcastle city centres, and Newcastle International Airport with trains around every 12 minutes.
